Bootielicious!

There are many reasons why I love the fall, but I think the main reason is because it’s the time when I can finally wear my favorite footwear – boots! This season it’s all about the booties. Ranging in a myriad of styles, colors and materials, booties are a definite must-have for the fall. These funky crosses between shoes and boots are a fashionable, yet practical choice because they can be worn with just about anything. From a cute dress paired with tights to with a pair of skinny jeans, booties will instantly add flavor to all of your fall fashions.

Check out some of these:

  1. Um, so I can’t do a thing with those boots, but I’ve been wearing boots all summer long. I know this post is supposed to be for women – but um, whatever. So yea, I have a few steve madden’s and they’re low cut boots that go great under a wide leg (preferably linen) slack. Yup, so I’m all for breaking the rules – lol.

  2. i saw the title…and i came runnin over here lookin for booty…and i get boots! you shouldn’t play with me like that bgg! lmao!!!

hope the weekend was good in nashville

  3. LOL @ Kyle….men, I tell you.

Don’t tell anyone but I was rockin’ some cute short boots last week in Chicago. I looooove boots. Tall, short, orange, red….just can’t get down with the cowboy boots. But I love ’em!

    Happy Tuesday, BGG!

  4. Those grey Steve Madden’s have my name written all over it – hmmmm!

  5. girl, this is why i LOVE you. you just made my tuesday. you have some o fthe same bootie picks i have. i was a grey suede pair. i have absolutely nothing to go with them but i plan to make it work. i dont want any with the peep-toe or heel out but they are cute to look at!

  6. You make me want to be so fashion forward, but I’m like a practical grandmother. Just like bubble vests (warm on the chest, cold on the arms), I don’t understand booties. It’s like you foot is hot, but your ankle’s chilly. And the peep toe booties, forgetaboutit.

I’ll have to watch this trend on all you fashionistas. I will, however, be rockin’ some over the knee boots this fall. HOTNESS!

  7. i love boots and coats oh and scarves.. my hats are gonna have to take a back seat to my locs =(… funny the first pic are of some boots i tried on and have had my eye on.. i def want them!

  8. BGG! I tried on some of the booties this weekend. They look sexy but my concern was the heels were too high for me. But I see you found some in between.
I love the Steve Madden Cognac Le and the sexy style by Camden Scallop but the price is a bit high for me. But I love it.
Is it just me, but some of the booties look painful to wear like Michael Kors, Boobie Sued Faux Croc and Bebe Morgan. Ouch!!!!

  9. I have never been a fan of booties, especialyl with dresses/skirts but I would certainly rock those steve madden botties with jeans or something else…very cute.

  10. I am so not a fan of the open toe boots. It just looks weird and they are not protecting me from the elements.

  11. These are hot, hot, hot! Thanks for this post. I love them. The Steve Maddens are yummy.

  12. the maddens are too cute! love booties!!!

  13. Some of those booties are really gorgeous, The Steve Madden’s stood out for me.
Plus I went to http://www.booties.com to look at more cute booties and it said it was an adult website….=/
    LOL

  14. I have the 1st pair in black leather and will be wearing them this week w/ dresses while I’m in NYC! I can’t wait!

BTW- congrats on your Clutch mag feature!!! 🙂

  15. I love boots but haven’t had the opportunity to really do it big here in Houston. Now, with the peep toe bootie, I might just get my chance! I love them all except the one where the toe curls up. What’s up with that? I know it’s probably in but I vote no. Thumbs up on all the rest of them though! I will be rocking some booties this season for sure!

  16. kitty vodka says:

i probably will with new fall dresses

  17. the bobbie is my fav!

  18. I’ve got my booties lined up! I can’t wait. Out of what you posted, I really liked those yellow Dian V joints. But um, 500 bucks is no where near my budget. Looks like I’ll have to cop some knock offs.

  19. That Steve Madden’s cognac, is hot!!

  20. what is it about shoes & boot for you ladies?

  21. Congrats on the interview!!! Love boots, still can’t get with the open toe though!

  22. Thanks for the compliments on the interview! Special thanks to those who took the time to leave a nice comment! 🙂

Also, to those who asked about my reunion trip, it was GREAT, just too short. 🙁

  23. i love the 2nd bootie!

  24. I will definitely be in some booties this fall! Look into Klub Nico Betty Bootie! I LOVE THEM!

  25. Those Sam Edelman boots are hot!! It reminds me of something Prince would wear in Purple Rain.

  26. I love wearing boots(but only with a short heel). Great interview with Clutch Magazine, you’re an overnight celeb.

  27. Oh, I LOVE those boots! I am so getting me some!

  28. @Ashley-Nicole – LOL!! THanks! 🙂

  29. i love the michael Kors ones! oh my!

  30. I’m not a bootie girl, but if I was I would go for the last one!

  31. How did I miss this one? Congrats on the Clutch interview!!!!!
