From beauty to style, stirring up everything that chic brown girls love!
Our First Lady Michelle Obama looked nothing less than stunning at the 2012 Democratic National Convention last night in Charlotte, NC.
Her bouncy bobbed tresses, sophisticated silk Tracy Reese dress, and pretty pink J.Crew pumps surely wowed viewers no matter their political stance.
Her chic, budget-friendly ensemble was only upstaged by her ever-eloquent speech. Obama’s message always hits home for me and fellow Americans because they come straight from her heart.
Now that the presidential campaign is shifting into high gear, we can look forward to seeing more knock-out styles and speeches from our ultimate fave FLOTUS.

Who doesn’t love Michelle Obama? This First Lady hopeful has everything that we BGs admire – intelligence, style, power and grace. This month she’s gracing the covers of both Ebony and Essence (she’s with her family on this cover) magazines. Despite the negative characteristics that the mainstream media try to portray of her, she remains poised. I personally think she is the epitome of what it means to be a strong BG woman today!
