I use Ambi soap. If anyone laughs @ me, then shame on them.
BGG, I love Cetaphil but stopped using it a while back to start a new regime. Seems it might be time to go back to the tried and true! Don, a man who takes care of himself is a good thing. I happen to know a very well kept man who uses Oil of Olay faithfully. hahaha Don’t laugh…his skin is so soft and flawless it makes me want to behave…almost! 😉
I have always been a big spender when it comes to cosmetics. Always buying this cream and that cleanser because the woman at “the counter” convinced me, or maybe I convinced myself, that I needed it. A few years back I had an allergic reaction to a product that I bought and had to go to the dermatologist for the first time ever. He kind of scolded me for spending that much money on foolishness and told me to use Cetaphil. Shortly after my skin was right back to normal. I have to admit I have diverted from it again. Mainly because I have been wearing makeup more often and I like to hit it and quit it. I have been using Soy Face Cleanser by Fresh. I like this stuff because it is gentle enough to use in the eye area and removes all eye makeup. Makeup remover and cleanser in one is what’s up and takes less time.

I’m a Cetaphil girl too! I use the cleanser and the moisturizer with sunscreen. My skin is nowhere near perfect, but it is sooo much better since I’ve been using the Cetaphil.

I use Philosophy’s purity made simple. I try to stick to one brand’s line and it’s been working I hardly have breakouts.

Noxema all day does the trick for me… I also use the ambi complexion bar… keeps the skin nice and even…

A good Dermatologist prescribing acne medication + exercise + drinking plenty of water + green tea + Cetaphil = a clear complexion for me. (Seriously… I need to get back into the gym, because I’ve notice a couple breakouts!)

Hello, All. I’m a Pediatrician and found this blog by Googling Cetaphil reactions. I figured I’d add that we physicians have been recommending Cetaphil products for decades BUT they’ve recently reformulated the line and now half the products contain nut oils (macadamia, shea butter, sweet almond) and and are a huge risk now for anyone with nut allergies. The recent reaction in my practice was hives at the application site, but could involve anaphylaxis in more highly allergic people.
